pay pal dispute i need help and adice?
so i had this nice breitling watch and put it up for sale because i despretly need money right now.. so this guy emails me and says if you lower your but it now price ill buy it and so he did for 900 bucks.. the very next day i shipped the item out( required shipping and i got insure of 1000 dollars for it) as soon as the buy recieved the item my money got held up and hes saying its a fake?? now this guy works with watches( i looked at his ebay history thing) how do i know he just didnt put a replica to replace it with mine? this shit is too sketchy and he escalated the cliam.. so what happens next and what do you think my chances of keeping the 900 are....
hello stuff like this can be a big pain in the butt. Go to paypal file a dispute if he already did then wait for them to contact u. If u know for sure the watch is real not fake u might have to prove it in case he switched watches. Look and see if u have the serial # of the watch or the receipt from were it was bought.Ive had a few disputes that took 2-3 months good luck have a nice day!!!!!!!
