Remember That Time

My husband just bought a Casio® Pathfinder Hunting Watch for Men, does anyone know how to work one of these?

We didnt get a manual with it. We know it does other things than just tell time but can't figure out what else it does or how to set the other functions. A link to the manual on line would be great. I searched but couldn't find one.
