Gift ideas for 15 years of service?

I was put in charge of finding gifts for several people that have been at the company I work for, for 15 years. It needs to be able to be engraved and cost close to, but not over $75.
It has to be the same thing for all of them, and I believe it is men and women, so no watches.
No clocks (10 years get those)
No picture frames (5 years get those)

Any ideas? Or any good websites that would have what I am looking for?

I am really completely clueless here. I thought about bookends or serving platters... but, neither of those seemed like a good idea.
If it helps, I work at a company that sells corn, soybean, and alfalfa seed to farmers.

Yes were in an office. It's not real fancy or anything, but we do each have our own desk area.

Is It an office setting? How about you get nice silver plated desk or drawer organizers. You can get those engraved.
